• Create a balance between your personal needs and work or family related demands. Take some “me-time”

• Maintain a sense of humour. Laugh at least once a day

• Spend quality time with friends and family

• Develop an alternative and healthy activity, like a hobby

• Do one lovely thing for yourself – just for you – each day

• Give yourself the same compassion, respect and kindness you’d give a loved one,    close friend or family member
