How to donate to OUT

OUT LGBT Well-being has been providing services to the LGBTQ+ community for almost three decades and is the second-oldest LGBTQ+ organisation in South Africa.

While much of our work is funded by our generous partners, these funds are usually restricted to specific outcomes and programmes. Some needs of the community (e.g. psychosocial support services) remain unfunded and unmet. That’s where your kind donations can play a role, allowing us to expand our offerings and help more of us in our community.

Your support will make a real difference and can save you money when it comes to your tax bill. Donations made to OUT can be deducted from income tax, up to a maximum of 10% of taxable income of any individual, company, or trust.

If you’d like to back the work that OUT does in providing HIV, sexual health, and psychosocial services as well as tackling LGBTQ+ hate crimes and providing legal support to victims, you can set up a recurring payment through your bank, or make a once-off donation to the following account:
