• Shift your perspectives. Find something good or interesting in the situation.
• Focus on what you can control.
• Learn to breathe deeply and slowly.
• Practice by making yourself wait.
• Practice gratitude.
• Find a ‘slow’ hobby (eg knitting, gardening, walking).
