DEC 2014: MAKING PEACE WITH YOUR PAST

• Be aware of negative self-talk & how it may be sabotaging your happiness.

• Name your experience – defining & talking about it gives you a starting point to work through it.

• Welcome all your feelings without judgement. Be prepared to sit in the pain & sadness without trying to solve it – feeling is healing!

• Feeling stuck? Practice expressing compassion & forgiveness towards yourself and others.

• Grieve the loss of unrealised dreams, then get back to being the best possible you.

• Rethink failures by understanding the positive & useful lessons the past has taught you.
