OUT OCT 2014 MONTHLY THEME: “CHANGE”

• Change starts within – only you can choose to act differently.

• What you need is an attitude of genuine willingness to change.

• We all need help to make long lasting changes – reach out for support.

• Surround yourself with people who believe in you, will encourage and inspire you, and who will remind you of your potential.

• Be patient – make small changes first and don’t be attached to the outcome.
