SCAR TISSUE I WISH YOU SAW

• Cutting is used by some people to express and deal with emotional pain.

• It might be the only way they know to cope with their feelings.

• No matter if the wounds aren’t that bad, you STILL need to ask for help.

• Myth: People who cut themselves must be crazy and dangerous.

• You can learn new ways to cope with your emotional pain, feelings or difficult situations.

If you need help:

• Get face-to-face counselling (book now on 012 430 3272) or telephonic counselling by calling 0860 688 688.

• Or contact Dr Dick at www.men2men.co.za or Dr Delicious at www.womyn2womyn.co.za with all your questions.
